- WE REQUIRE A 2-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
- DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT: One night’s deposit is required to hold your reservation, payable within 7 days of booking. Confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of deposit. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. We accept personal checks only.
- CHECK-IN: You may check-in between 2:00 and 5:00 pm. Please telephone and let us know if these times are inconvenient. Specific times can be arranged in advance.
- CHECK-OUT: All guests must check-out by 11:00 am.
- CANCELLATIONS: A full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee, will be provided for cancellations 45 days prior to arrival. If less than 21 days prior to arrival, all monies will be forfeited, unless rooms can be re-rented for the entire duration of the reservation.
- Our quoted rates do not include an Occupancy Tax of 10%.
- We cannot allow pets in order to respect the comfort of our guests with allergies.
- All our suites are all non-smoking areas.
